1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RosterSpy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under your account. Do not share credentials. RosterSpy stores your authentication server-side; never expose tokens or secrets client-side.

4. Fantasy Platform Connections

You are responsible for your right to connect and access data on third-party fantasy platforms. Disconnecting a platform only revokes that connection; it does not delete your RosterSpy account.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans, if available, are billed through a supported billing provider. Entitlements are validated server-side. We do not store full payment card details in RosterSpy. [Placeholder: pricing, billing intervals, currency]

6. Cancellation

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service, or attempt to access another user's data.

8. Intellectual Property

RosterSpy, its branding, and its software are owned by RosterSpy. Player and league data are sourced from third parties and remain their property.

9. Third-Party Services

RosterSpy may integrate with services such as Sleeper. RosterSpy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those services. Their terms apply to your use of their data.

10. Fantasy Advice Disclaimer

RosterSpy provides informational fantasy sports analysis and recommendations. Predictions, player projections, rankings, AI output, trade advice, waiver recommendations, and other analysis are inherently uncertain. RosterSpy does not guarantee fantasy outcomes, league results, prizes, winnings, or player performance. You use RosterSpy at your own discretion.

11. No Guarantee of Results

RosterSpy is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that any recommendation will result in a win or any particular outcome.

12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. External platform availability may affect data freshness.

13. Account Termination

You can delete your RosterSpy account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RosterSpy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from fantasy outcomes or third-party platform changes.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
